Flooded Crawl Space in Dayton Ohio

The shown flooded crawl space in Dayton, Ohio was the result of a broken pipe. The homeowner was fortunate to find the broken pipe in time to avoid a serious mold job and a high water bill. The reason that this water damage was found was that this customer's water bill had been outrageously high one month and was confused about why. Once located they knew that they had to call SERVPRO to come to dry out the affected area.  At the end of the mitigation, the customer was extremely happy with the professionalism and knowledge that our staff displayed.
